Mbulim i plotė: Korrupsion dhe Transparence

30.11.2006 Transparency International Croatia reacted today to the draft-Law on Financing of Political Parties that entered parliamentary procedure earlier this week. TIC believes that the Law is an important step forward in creation of legal framework for fight against corruption, but that this draft has one great defect – it doesn’t regulate the financing of election campaigns.

29.11.2006 Transparency International Hrvatska reagirao je danas na Prijedlog zakona o financiranju političkih stranaka koji je prije nekoliko dana ušao u saborsku proceduru. U TIH smatraju da taj zakon predstavlja veliki korak u stvaranju pravnog okvira za suzbijanje korupcije, no da postojeći nacrt ima ogroman nedostatak: ne regulira financiranja izborne promidžbe.

08.11.2006 The 2006 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), launched last Monday by Transparency International (TI) points to a strong correlation between corruption and poverty. The impoverished states remain concentrated at the bottom of the ranking, while the machinery of corruption remains well-oiled, despite improved legislation, indicates CPI.

07.11.2006 Hrvatska je s ocjenom 3,4 na Indeksu percepcije korupcije Transparency Internationala za 2006. godinu zabilježila istu ocjenu kao i prošle godine. Ovom ocjenom se potvrdio negativan trend koji traje još od 2001. godine, kada je ocjena bila 3,9.

07.11.2006 Next Saturday, the activists of the Dosta! movement, together with activists of environmental organizations will organize signing of a petition against construction of dams on Upper Neretva, under the auspices of the “The Battle for Neretva” campaign. The construction, according to the campaign initiative, threatens to devastate area of extremely high value.
