18.03.2008 Global Knowledge Partnership has announced the Youth Social Enterprise Initiative Fellowship Programme 2008. The programme is meant for emerging young social entrepreneurs in developing countries in Asia region and provides them with financial, knowledge, mentorship and network support.

Young people are often the leading innovators in the use and spread of information and communications technologies. They adapt quickly and are generally quite hungry for the great quantities of information, locally and globally, that can be provided through emerging information and communication technologies.
