CAMPAIGN FOR SUPPORT TO THE AMNESTY AND LEGALIZATION OF SMALL ARMS IN MACEDONIA 14.10.2003 The promotion activities for the national programme for voluntary collection and legalization of the small arms in Macedonia, which is to take part from November 1 to December 15, 2003, has officially started. This is a national programme for all the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, regardless of their ethnic, political or religious affiliation, sex or age, and is a part of the Government initiative for improvement of the general security situation in the country. The voluntary giving-up of the arms will be conducted in 123 collection points distributed over the whole territory in Macedonia, on following dates: November 1-10, November 15, 22 and 29, and from December 5-15, 2003.
