25.07.2006 Istraživanje NVO sektor u Srbiji koje su Gradjanske inicijative i Federacija nevladinih organizacija Srbije (FENS) sprovele početkom ove godine, jasno govori o lošem finansijskom položaju NVO u Srbiji. Dobijeni podaci nedvosmisleno ukazuju da su osnovni finansijeri NVO međunarodne donatorske organizacije (74%), što je dvostruko više u odnosu na sledeći rangirani izvor finansija, a to je lokalna samouprava (36%).

24.07.2006 Me anë të një prononcimi, Këshilli për Mbrojtjen e të Drejtave dhe Lirive të Njeriut (KMDLNJ) i ka sugjeruar Kuvendit që Qendrën Protokollare në Gërmi ta shndërroj në Klinikë mjekësore, në të cilën do të trajtoheshin rastet e sëmundjeve të mushkërive, duke marrë parasysh që ky mjedis është shumë i përshtatshëm klimatik për një klinikë të tillë.

19.07.2006 Organizata për Demokraci, Anti-Korrupsion dhe Dinjitet – ÇOHU, ka bërë publik Raportin Mbi 100 Ditët e Qeverisë “Çeku”, i cili është bazuar kryesisht në monitorimin e shtypit ditor kosovar gjatë kësaj periudhe qeverisëse 100 ditore, përderisa raporti ka shfrytëzuar edhe burime shtesë për marrje informatash siç janë raportet e Zyrës së Auditorit Gjeneral (ZAGJ).

19.07.2006 Me 12 Korrik, Qeveria e Kroacisë miratoi një document zyrtar të titulluar Direktivat për Zhvillimin dhe Përdorimin e programeve FOS në Institucionet dhe Administratën Shtetërore. Në dokument, qeveria pranon përgjegjësinë për zhvillimin, përgatitjen dhe sigurimin e zgjidhjeve FOS në zhvillimin e sistemeve të informacionit të administrates shtetërore.

18.07.2006 Organizacija Save The Children zatražila je od učesnika u pregovorima o budućem statusu Kosovo, vlada Srbije i Kosova kao i medjunarodne zajednice, da uključe pitanja položaja dece na Kosovu u pregovore o statusu. Ova organizacija podseća da se, nakon šest rundi razgovora o budućnosti Kosova u Beču, čini da deca i prava deteta nisu bili – a i malo je verovatno da će biti – na dnevnom redu pregovora. Mada se ovi pregovori smatraju važnim početkom procesa utvrđivanja konačnog statusa Kosova, pitanja socijalne inkluzije, a pogotovo prava deteta, nisu bila na dnevnom redu.

18.07.2006 Last week, on July 12, the Government of Croatia adopted an official document titled Directions for Development and Use of Open Source Code Computer Programmes in Bodies and Institutions of State Administration. In the document, the Government accepts the responsibility to develop, prepare and procure open-source software solutions in the development of information systems of state administration bodies.

18.07.2006 Vlada Republike Hrvatske prošli je tjedan (12. 7.) usvojila dokument pod nazivom Odrednice razvitka i uporabe računalnih programa s otvorenim kodom u tijelima državne uprave kojim se obavezala da će u razvoju informacijskih sustava tijela državne uprave najvećoj mogućoj mjeri razvijati, izrađivati i nabavljati programska rješenja temeljena na upotrebi otvorenih normi.

14.07.2006 Deri në fund të vitit 2007, Qeveria e Serbisë do të investojë 34 milionë euro në qeverisjen elektronike, ka bërë të ditur Ministri i Financave, Mladjan Dinkic. Investimi është përfshirë në planin e sektorit të parë nën patronazhin e Planit Kombëtar për Investim në fushën e shkencës dhe qeverisjes elektronike, që është miratuar rishtazi nga ana e Qeverisë.

14.07.2006 Promovimi i përmbledhjes së Strategjisë Kombëtare të Mjedisit (SKM) u realizua më datë 13 korrik, në konferencën e zhvilluar pranë mjediseve të Hotel “Sheraton” në Tiranë. Konferenca për prezantimin e SKM-së u zhvillua në vijim të këshillimit mbarëkombëtar të nisur nga Ministria e Mjedisit, Pyjeve dhe Administrimit të Ujërave me ndihmën e Projektit ELPA, i financuar nga programi CARDS. Të pranishëm në takim ishin: Kryeministri i Shqipërisë, z. Sali Berisha, Ministri i Mjedisit, Pyjeve dhe Administrimit të Ujërave, z. Lefter Xhuveli, Zv/Ministri i MMPAU, z. Taulant Bino, Zv/Ministri i Punëve Publike, Transportit dhe Telekomunikacionit, z. Armand Teliti Zv/Ministri i Financave, z. Florian Mima, Zv/Ministri i Ministrisë së Ekonomisë, Tregtisë dhe Energjitkës dhe zv/Ministri i Arsimit dhe Shkencës.

14.07.2006 The Soros Fundation, in cooperation with the Albanian Helsinki Committee and the Children’s Human Rights Centre in Albania – CRCA, organized today the seminar “The implementation of the National Strategy for improving of Roma’s conditions in Albania,” at the Tirana International Hotel. The seminar aimed to raise public awareness and to inform the interested parties about the results of ongoing monitoring of the National Strategy for Roma.

13.07.2006 The Ombudsperson Institution in Kosovo today released its Sixth Annual Report (2005-2006), the first to be submitted directly to the Assembly of Kosovo rather than to the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

13.07.2006 The “Doves” centre for children with limited capacities has officially become a part of Tirana Municipal public services system. At full capacity, the Centre can accept 35 children residents (the children spend the weekdays at the Centre and go home for the weekends) and at this time, it also functions as day-care centre for additional 35 children.

12.07.2006 On the occasion of July 13, Montenegrin national holiday, the Roma Scholarship Foundation (RSF) demanded from President Filip Vujanovic to do everything in his power to initiate a more efficient implementation of the Montenegrin Action Plan for the Decade of Roma Inclusion.
