26.02.2008 Aware of the fact the international nuclear lobby has launched a global offensive, abusing the findings of the latest IPPC Global Climate Report requiring urgent dramatic reduction of CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions, the Zelena lista (Green List), associate member of European Green Party, was nevertheless shocked by recent announcement of possible construction of nuclear power station in Croatia by 2020.

26.02.2008 Mada svjesna činjenice da je tzv. nuklearni lobby momentalno svugdje u svijetu u ofanzivi zlorabeći argumente zadnjeg IPPC-ovog izvješća o globalnoj klimi koje od svih zemalja zahtijeva hitno i drastično smanjenje emisije CO2 i ostalih stakleničkih plinova, Zelena lista pridružena članica Europske zelene stranke, šokirana je nedavnim najavama gradnje nuklearne elektrane u Hrvatskoj do 2020 godine.

22.02.2008 Last Saturday, February 16, the BORNA – Blogging Committee for Referendum on NATO was created in Zagreb. The Committee gathers individual bloggers active on blog.hr and bloger.hr portals, and on the group portal pollitika.com.

20.02.2008 Organizacije civilnoga društva zatražile su od Hrvatskog sabora da se vanjski članovi u saborske odbore imenuju jasnom i transparentnom procedurom, da se smanji broj zakona u hitnom postupku, a od Vlade su zatražili veću transparentnost kod dodjele proračunskih sredstava.

13.02.2008 Županijski sud Vukovarske županije presudio je da je Damir Fintić, administrator internet stranice vukovarac.net, dužan platiti otštetu od 71.000 kuna Dragici Štengle, supruzi bivšeg vukovarskoga gradonačelnika Vladimira Štengla, kako kompenzacija za nanesenu duševnu bol.

11.02.2008 Trećeg dana potrošačkog bojkota rezultati se ipak primjećuju, barem ako je suditi prema posjećenosti većih zagrebačkih trgovina. Prazna parkirališta, a u redu za blagajnu tek dvoje-troje ljudi. Trgovački lanci najavljuju sniženja cijena.

07.02.2008 The fire that started on the Turkish ship Und Adriyatica yesterday morning, some 15 miles east off Rovinj, still burns, although it has lost much of its power. Experts estimate that there is little chance for explosion that could sink the ship. No pollution was released into the sea, so far.

07.02.2008 Požar koji je u srijedu rano ujutro buknuo na turskom brodu Und Adryaticu, 15 milja zapadno od Rovinja, još gori, iako je manji. Požar na turskom brodu polako jenjava. Stručnjaci su procijenili kako je vrlo mala mogućnost da dođe do eksplozije i potonuća broda. More zasad nije onečišćeno.
