21.03.2003 More than 40,000 Maltese households, or 38 per cent, had a desktop computer in 2002 and 31.3 per cent had access to the Internet, a survey conducted by the National Statistics Office shows. But 58.8 per cent of respondents said they did not consider the Internet useful.
