To su faktori koji su pratili razvoj sektora telekomunikacija na Kosovu od 1999. do danas, utjecali na uspostavu monopola u ovom području i općenito onemogućili korisnicima kori�tenje ovih usluga.

The ultimate result of such a situation has been the creation of a monopoly in the sector, detrimental to the users of services in general.
