OneWorld is the world's favourite and fastest-growing civil society network online, supporting people’s media to help build a more just global society.

The network is governed by the OneWorld International Foundation, whose international Board of Trustees includes a representative nominated by each centre.

The most recent OneWorld International Foundation Board of Trustees meetings took place in Delhi in March 2007. The next meeting is scheduled for March 2008.

The next meeting of the Executive Committee will be held on the 21st June 2007.

Two new Trustees were appointed to the Board in March 2007, Gary Poon (OneWorld US) and Teodor Celakoski (OneWorld Platform for Southeast Europe).

The Accenture Foundation has joined the Vodafone Group Foundation in supporting OneWorld's pioneering work using mobile phones in Africa for sharing local knowledge. The system is being piloted in Kenya and focuses on vital information for local communities like employment opportunities and HIV/AIDS.

The launch of OneWorld Indonesia - Satu Dunia - took place in February 2007.
